Sanigen Co., Ltd. is a distributor of kikkoman Easy Plate. Easy Plate is easy to operate because it is convenient to use without pressing plate, and it can be applied to various fungi and food groups with five types of dry rehydratable film media.

Easy PlateTM(dry rehydratable film media)

1)Easy PlateTM AC: Incubate with a dry rehydratable film medium for aerobic bacterial testing at 35±1℃ for 48±2 hours and distinguish the results with a red colony.

2)Easy PlateTM CC: Incubate with a dry rehydratable film medium for coliform bacterial testing at 35±1℃ for 24±1 hours and distinguish the results with a blue colony.

3)Easy PlateTM EC: Incubate with a dry rehydratable film medium for E.coli & Coliform testing at 35±1℃ for 24±1 hours. distinguish E. coli are dark blue and blue colonies, and E. coli are pink and purple colonies.

4)Easy PlateTM SA: Incubate with a dry rehydratable film medium for Staphylococcus aureus testing at 35±1℃ or 37±1℃ for 24±1 hours and distinguish the results with a blue colony.

5 Easy PlateTM YM-R: Incubate with a rapid type dry rehydratable film medium for yeast and mold testing at 25±1℃ for 48±2 hours((up to 72 hours) and distinguish the results with a purple colony.
